Shopping Guidelines

Welcome to TSARA c.l.o.s.e.t. Before placing order, we will guide you on how to make online order with us.

1. Placing order
Kindly drop your order and enquiries (if any) through e-mail or SMS/Whatsapp only. Kindly do not call us through phone.

and send to our email or via sms/whatsapp. Sisters also can fill in the ORDER FORM that we provide. It’s faster and easier

2. Order Confirmation
After e-mailing/sms/whatsapp, kindly wait for our confirmation reply regarding payment and reservation. (Usually within 48hours). It is FIRST PAY, FIRST SERVE basis. Depending on reservation status.

We can HOLD item within 3 days after sending you confirmation email/reply. But, we also have the rights to AUTOMATICALLY open to others without your consent if you not able to make payment within the given period.

3. Make Payment

All payment must be made to: Maybank 1130-1530-8167

Please inform us once the payment been made TOGETHER with the payment proof. The photo of the bank in slip or the the internet banking print screen must be sent to us for documentation and security purpose.

4. Item Shipping

We will sent you the item within 1-3 days after the payment been made. This is our shipping schedule:

Payment on Sunday-Monday, item postage on Tuesday

Payment on Tuesday-Wednesday, item postage on Thursday

Payment on Thursday-Saturday, item postage on Sunday

5. Item Receive

We will inform you your tracking number once we post the parcel. You’ll be expecting the parcel’s arrival within 1-7 working days.
